Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2016 to July 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 28, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the 17th Annual General Meeting to be held on July 28, 2016, will be credited / dispatched between July 29, 2016 and August 02, 2016.
