Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors of the Company have approved :<BR><BR>- Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders,<BR><BR>- Code for Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information<BR><BR>2. The above Codes shall come into force with effect from May 15, 2015.
