With reference to the earlier letter dated October 27, 2016 informing approval of the Board of Directors for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders of the Company on a rights basis (Rights Issue) upto Rs. 300 crore, subject to all applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has on January 20, 2017 filed Draft Letter of Offer for Right Issue with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
