With reference to earlier announcement dated October 31, 2013 regarding Lapsed of Options, Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd has now informed BSE that 49,875 Options further have been lapsed, consequently the total numbers of options which are lapsed under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) of the Company are now aggregate to 7,83,500.
