MAHINDRA UGINE STEEL CO.LTD. - Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that it has fixed December 24, 2014 as the record date for identifying the shareholders of Mahindra Hinoday Industries Limited ("MHIL"), Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited ("MUSCO"), Mahindra Gears International Limited ("MGIL"), Mahindra Investments (India) Private Limited ("MIIPL") and Participaciones Internacionales Autometal Tres, S.L. ("PIA 3") ("MHIL, MUSCO, MGIL, MIIPL and PIA 3 are together referred to as "Transferor Companies") who will be issued shares pursuant to the merger of the Transferor Companies with Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd in terms of the scheme of amalgamation between the Transferor Companies and Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd.
