Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2014, inter alia, for approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2014 and would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of said financial results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive).
