The trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain close from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for considering the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020, shall be informed in the due course.<BR>
