In continuation of our letter dated 31st May, 2021, 26th June, 2021, 12th August, 2021, 11th November, 2021 and 27th November, 2021 with respect to the captioned subject we would like to inform that IMFAL has successfully switched on one of its two furnaces for manufacturing of Ferro-alloys on 5th December, 2021 and commercial production is expected later this month <BR> <BR> The other furnaces is expected to be switched on within the next 30 days. <BR> <BR> The information has been provided under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations and SEBI circular no.
