The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th February, 2023 have inter-alia considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Kaul (DIN: 00345022), as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term, comprising of 3 consecutive years, with effect from 20th June, 2023, subject to approval of shareholders. Further, the Board of Directors has also authorised to seek approval of members by convening a General Meeting for the re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Kaul. Further, this is to confirm that Mr. Vivek Kaul is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority.
