It is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 of the financial year 2022-23.
