The trading window for trading in securities of the Company by the insiders shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on 31st December, 2023 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company''s unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 of the FY 2023-24.
