This has reference to the exchange's mail dated 22.07.2022 regarding discrepancies in the Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2022 submitted by the Company. The following typographical errors are being rectified with this submission: a) The Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter ended 31.03.2022 shall be Rs. 911.85 Lakhs and the same attributable to the owners of the Company shall be Rs. 968.71 Lakhs b) The Total Comprehensive Income for the year ended 31.03.2022 shall be Rs. 3,154.09 Lakhs and the same attributable to the owners of the Company shall be Rs. 3,260.85 Lakhs We request you to kindly take the same on record.
