Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024 along with the statement of assets and liabilities as on March 31, 2024 and cash flow statements for the year ended on 31st March 2024 and to take on record the Auditor's report thereon. 2. To appoint M/s. Khanuja Patra & Associates, Cost accountants as the cost auditors of the company for the financial year 2024-25. 3.
