Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 is to be postponed and rescheduled to be held on February 18, 2017 at 2 pm due to some technical errors in system.
