Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following;<BR><BR>- Ms. Ruchika Gulati has resigned from the post of Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company in this meeting and Ms. Pooja Malhotra has been appointed as Company Secretary/Compliance Officer.
