Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>Dividend as approved at the 26th Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or before October 25, 2014.
