We wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by the Insiders/Designated Persons, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges.
