MAN INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD. - Updates on Scheme of Arrangement

Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to the approval of the shareholders of the Company to the Scheme of Arrangement between Man Industries (India) Limited and Man Infraproject Limited and their respective Shareholder in the Court Convened Meeting held on July 12, 2014, the Honble High Court of Bombay has admitted the aforementioned petitions and that the final hearing in the matter shall be on October 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Upon successful implementation of the scheme, for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 5/- each held by the equity shareholders in Man Industries (India) Limited, 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 5/- each of Man Infraprojects Limited will be allotted free of cost.
