Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
