Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from July 01, 2015 till 48 hours (forty eight hours) after the date on which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June , 2015; as approved by the Board are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
