This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relative (as defined in the code) with effect from Saturday, 1st April, 2023, till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023.
