Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, has approved and adopted the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in Compliance with Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
