In terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading/dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons & their immediate relatives will remain closed from 31st December 2020 until 48 hours after disclosure of the Financial Results for the quarter ending on the said date.
