MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed for Insiders from the opening of business hours in Stock Exchanges of 01st April 2021 (Thursday) till the closing of business hours of 10th May 2021 (Monday), for the purpose of consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2021 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR> <BR> All Insiders of the Company are requested to take note of this intimation and not to deal with / purchase or sale of the Company''s securities during the Window Closure period.<BR>
