The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 19th March 2021, has approved the amendment made in the 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' of the Company as per Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> A Copy of the same is enclosed herewith as per the Regulation 8 (2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
