MANGALAM CEMENT LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of the Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window for designated employees, Directors of the Company shall remain closed from June 30, 2014 and shall reopen on August 16, 2014. During this period, the Designated Employees, Directors and their dependents shall not to deal in the shares of the Company.
