MANGALAM DRUGS & ORGANICS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from January 1, 2023 till the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2022.
