Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., February 13, 2023 inter-alia transacted the following business: 1. Considered & approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the period ended December 31st, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report on the un-audited results pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations;
