To receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statement of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.<BR> 2. To re-appoint Smt. Vidula Jalan, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment.<BR> 3. To appoint M/s Manish Goyal & Associates. Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the company and fixation of their remuneration.<BR> <BR> Special Business<BR> 4. To appoint Shri Vishwanath Chandak as Director of the Company.<BR> 5.
