With reference to the letter dated March 07, 2016, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Pratap Narayan, an Independent Director, who had submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited has withdrawn the same and accordingly he will continue to be on the Board of Directors and as member / Chairman of various committees of the Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited.
