MANGALORE REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading window" for dealing in shares of MRPL, shall remain closed from October 19, 2015 in view of the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015 by the Board at its meeting scheduled to be held on October 29, 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015.
