Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the "Trading window" for dealing in shares of MRPL, shall remain dosed from August 01, 2015 in view of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on August 09, 2015 for considering Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
