Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, in view of loss of Rs. 1,712 crore during the financial year 2014-15, have not recommended any dividend for financial year 2014-15.
