Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Agreement with M/s. Link Intime India (P) Limited (SEBI Registered RTA) has been renewed for 3 years w.e.f. January 01, 2016 to December 31, 2018. M/s. Link Intime is the existing R&T Agent of the Company since January, 2010.
