Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Vishnu Agrawal, Director (Finance) has assumed the additional charge of Managing Director consequent upon the superannuation of Shri P. P. Upadhya, Managing Director, MRPL from the services of the Company on July 31, 2014.
