Disclosure under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their second meeting held today have approved the appointment of M/s. K. C. Jain Kala & Co., Chartered Accountants as the internal auditors of the company for F.Y. 2024-25 and Mr. Niraj Trivedi, Practicing company secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the company for F.Y. 2023-24.
