Marg Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has appointed M/s. S Praharaj and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Chennai as Secretarial Auditor under Section 2014 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
