Margo Finance Limited - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the original share certificate to the Shareholder on March 2, 2023 bearing Folio No. 0001075. The aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholder and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Share Transfer Committee on March 2, 2023. Further, Register of Duplicate Share Certificate sent by Link Intime India Private Limited (''RTA'') on March 3, 2023, enclosed for your ready reference. However, the Company / RTA will follow the procedure as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 for issuance of duplicate shares in dematerialized form.
