Marico Kaya Enterprises Ltd - Fixes Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Marico Kaya Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company have fixed May 27, 2015 as the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of MaKE to whom shares of Kaya will be issued and allotted in accordance with Clause 5.1 of the Scheme in the following manner;<BR><BR>"1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Share of INR 10 (Rupees Ten) each of Kaya shall be issued and allotted for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of INR 10 (Rupees Ten) each held in MaKE."
