Marico Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Marico Insider Trading Rules, 2015 ("the Rules"), the window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons, Employees including their immediate relatives and such other persons to whom the Rules are applicable, from January 01, 2016 until 48 hours (2 working days) after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
