Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Ms. Hema Ravichandar (DIN: 00032929) has completed her second consecutive term as an Independent Director on March 31, 2024 and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from end of day on March 31, 2024. The Board of Directors and Management place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Ms. Hema Ravichandar during her association with the Company over the years.
