MARICO LTD. - Allotment of Shares under Marico's ESOS Scheme

Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have vide resolution passed through circulation as on April 17, 2015 approved allotment of 70,500 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2007.<BR><BR>Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 644,981,999 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 644,981,999/- to 645,052,499 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,052,499/-.
