To approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) ('financial results');<BR><BR>2. To take on record the Limited Review Report on the financial results;<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the declaration of First Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.
