Marico Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Marico Insider Trading Rules, 2015 ("the Rules"), the 'Trading Window' tor dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all persons to whom the Rules are applicable from April 01, 2016 until 48 hours (2 working days) after the public announcement of, inter-alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter and the F.Y. ended March 31, 2016.
