MARICO LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with reference to our earlier letter dated December 6, 2020, informing you about the receipt of approval from the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Marico Consumer Care Limited and Marico Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ('Scheme'), we wish to inform you that the Certified Copy of the Order of NCLT, along with the Scheme has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on January 20, 2021 upon which the Scheme has become effective. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.
