MARICO LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Marico Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Marico Insider Trading Rules, 2015 ("the Rules), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company would remain closed for all persons to whom the Rules are applicable from January 01, 2017 until 2 trading days after the public announcement of, inter-alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
