MARICO LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Marico Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Marico Employees (Dealing in Securities and Prevention of Insider Trading) Rules, 2012 the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Insiders of the Company between July 01, 2014 and August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Free Period to deal in securities of the Company would thus begin from August 06, 2014.
