pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading window of the Company shall be closed from 22nd September 2017 to 28th September 2017 including both days till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28th September 2017
