Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. on Saturday, 13th August, 2022 have, inter- alia, considered and approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30.06.2022 and same is duly reviewed by the Audit Committee. We are submitting herewith the followings for your perusal and record: i) Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone), duly signed by the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. ii) 'Limited Review Report' duly signed by the Statutory Auditor's of the company.
