MASTEK LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2017, inter alia, has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 2.00/- per share (Face value of Rs. 5/- each) i.e. @40%, which will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before November 24, 2017.
